Dear parents/ Guardian
First and foremost we want to welcome you to our facility! We are thrilled to have you as part of Creative Minds Learning Center MA LLC. The center is a state- register home day care center. The center is under the jurisdiction of The Florida Department of Children and Family Services, and must comply with the “standards for the register home day care of preschool and school age children,”
In Addition, the center is under the guidance of Mona Alexis. A certified teacher in the state of Florida from grade Kindergarten to 6 grade with an Endorsement in English for Speakers of Other Languages and Reading Endorsement. Mona Alexis has been teaching since 2001. She has an associate degree from Kingsborough Community College in New York in Early Childhood Education. She earned her bachelor degree from Nova Southeastern University in Elementary Education. After completing her bachelor degree, she pursued and completed graduate school with a Master Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in sale and marketing at Nova Southeastern University.
Furthermore, the center is open from 6:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. It is opened 12 months, with the exception of the holidays outlined in the parent’s handbook. The curriculum includes tutoring in reading, math writing, art, music, pre-academics, large muscle activities, science, group time, project time and a wide assortment of free play opportunities.
